At Natasha Denona EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our EU warehouse; we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
